Returns
Items purchased from nosense must be returned at the customer's expense in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, odors or any condition that prevents them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and any items included as part of the packaging, within 30 days of receipt of the shipment, in order to receive a refund.
To make a partial or total return of an order, the items that the customer wishes to return must be sent via courier in a secure package.

The refund will be made to the payment method used to make the purchase within a maximum period of 7 business days from when the item arrives at our warehouse. Please note that we cannot refund the cost of original shipping, except for defective or incorrectly shipped orders on our part. For any item(s) purchased on sale, the total refund will be the same as the purchase price, taking into account that the shipping price will be subtracted, which will depend on each geographic location.
It is important to note that we will not accept returns of nosense products that have not been purchased through www.nosense.es
